While traditional massage focuses on the muscles, Myofascial Release (MFR) addresses the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds them. In cases of chronic pain, the fascia becomes dehydrated and "stuck", creating a restrictive suit that binds the body in a cycle of tension (Cleveland Clinic, 2022).
Aids Long-term Relief: MFR melts fascial adhesions for more permanent results than standard massage.
Nervous System Calm: Encourages the body to stop 'protective bracing', allowing for deeper healing.

How MFR & Massage Fuel Your Fitness
If your fascia is restricted, your muscles are effectively "breaking" against themselves. MFR and Deep Tissue work together to remove these structural blockages, turning your recovery into a performance tool.
Release the "straightjacket" : MFR melts the tight connective tissue (fascia) wrapping your muscles, allowing them to expand and contract without restriction. Increase ROM: Improves your Range of Motion, allowing for deeper squats, higher reaches, and more powerful strides by removing "tug" in the tissue.
